Set up EveryDollar in seconds during class with a QR code that opens the app or download page so members can get started immediately.
We've added a new Class Day Action Item to help members quickly set up their EveryDollar account. This action item appears in both the optional Orientation Week and Week 1 to ensure members get started with their budgeting tools as early as possible.
When members scan the QR code, the experience adapts based on their device and app status:
- If they already have the EveryDollar app, it will open automatically and prompt them to sign in if needed
- If they do not have the app, they will be directed to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download it
Once the app is installed, members can sign in using the email and password they created in the previous Class Day Action Item, Member Account Set Up.
Why this matters
This step removes friction and helps members move seamlessly from account creation into active budgeting, right in the flow of class.
