A pending member is someone you've added to your Financial Peace University class who hasn't finished setting up their account yet.
They'll receive an email invite to create their account
Once completed, they'll move from Pending to Active
If They Haven't Completed Setup
- They'll stay in Pending until they finish
- If a member does not receive the invitation, ask them to check their Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder before contacting the team.
- If their membership was sent to an invalid email and is still pending, you can update and resend the email address by following the directions here: Edit a Member's Email Address and Resend an Invitation
Invite Expired?
Members have 5 days to accept the invite. If they miss that window, they can still complete setup:
- Go to financialpeace.com
- Click Sign In → Need Help Signing In?
- Follow the steps to reset their password
Once completed, they'll be added to your class.
