Your Coordinator Dashboard includes tools to help you track progress and manage your class more efficiently.
Track Member Progress with Check-Ins
Check-Ins help members stay engaged and measure their financial progress throughout the class.
How members check in:
- Go to fpu.com/member and log in
- Or scan the Check-In QR code in your dashboard
What they'll do:
- Mark attendance
- Track progress like:
- Debt paid
- Money saved
- Credit cards cut
Members can update and view their progress over time.
Lead with a Co-Coordinator
You can add a co-coordinator to help lead your class.
- Great for sharing responsibilities or leading discussions
- Can be added at any time from your class dashboard

Add Someone Manually
If someone isn't showing up in your roster, you can add them directly.
Steps:
- Go to your Coordinator Dashboard
- Select your class
- Open the Overview tab
- Click +Add Member (or FPU Alum)
- Enter their information and add them to the class
They'll receive an email to finish setting up their account. Until setup is complete, their status will show as pending.
If they don't complete the setup:
- They have 5 days to accept the invite
- If they are outside of the 5 days, they can reset their password to complete their registration.
Add Alumni and Spouses to Your Roster
You can manually add people to your class roster:
FPU Alumni
- Can join your class discussion at no cost
- Need their own membership access if they want videos and tools
Spouses
- Can be added to the class
- Share the same membership for access to content

Remove a Member
Sometimes a person or couple signs up for your class but can't attend. In those cases, you may need to remove them from your roster.
Steps:
- Go to your Coordinator Dashboard
- Click My Classes
- Select the class
- Click the three dots next to the member's name
- Select Remove From Class.
Important notes:
- Deleting a member from your class does not revoke their membership or make it available for someone else (for organization-issued memberships)
- If the member is still pending and will not be attending, the Ramsey Support team can remove them for you.
- So, if they want to rejoin later, you have to add them back
