You can send Financial Peace memberships to individuals or groups directly from your Impact Dashboard. This can be used to add people to a class or simply give them access to FPU.
This guide walks you through:
- Sending memberships to individuals
- Sending memberships in bulk (CSV upload)
- Using a shareable link
- Adding members to a class (or not)
Before You Start
- You must be listed as an Administrator to send memberships.
- Memberships are deducted as soon as they are sent (except when using the shareable link - see below)
- Each membership gives access to Financial Peace All Access, not just a class. To learn what's included: What is Financial Peace All Access?
Option 1: Send a Membership to an Individual
Steps:
- Go to the Send Memberships tab in your Impact Dashboard
- Enter the recipient's email address
- (Optional) Toggle "Add them to a class" ON and select a class
- Click Send Membership
What happens next:
- If the person does not have an account associated with Ramsey Solutions, they'll receive an email letting them know that they have been invited to set up their Financial Peace membership.
- If they already have a username and password with Ramsey Solutions, the membership is automatically applied. They can log in at fpu.com/member.
Option 2: Send Memberships in Bulk (CSV Upload)
Steps:
- Go to the Send Memberships tab in your Impact Dashboard
- Click Upload .CSV file
- Select your file and upload it
- (Optional) Toggle "Add them to a class" ON and select a class
- Click Send Memberships
What happens next:
- Invitations are sent to all the emails in the file.
- If the person does not have a Ramsey account, they'll receive an email invite
- If they already have an account, the membership is automatically applied. They can log in at fpu.com/member.
- Memberships will be deducted from your count.
Option 3: Share a Membership Link
Steps:
- Go to the Send Memberships tab in your Impact Dashboard
- Find the "Send a Quick Membership Link" option and click on Copy Link
- Share the link via email, text, or your church platform.
Important notes:
- Memberships are NOT deducted until someone enters their email address on the registration page and clicks "Get Started Today"
- Anyone with the link can use it, so be careful where you share it.
Adding Members to a Class
You have two ways to add someone to a class:
Option A: Add them while sending the membership
- Toggle "Add them to a class" ON when sending
Option B: Add them later after the membership has been sent and activated
- Go to My People
- Click on the three dots next to their name/email
- Click Add to a Class
- Select the class that they should be in and click on Add Member to Class.
Helpful Tips
Didn't receive an email?
- Have them check spam/junk folders
- If they already have a Ramsey account, they will receive a welcome email, and they can log in directly.
Invites expire after 5 days
- Members can still activate their account by resetting their password at login. For instructions: How Do I Reset or Change My Password?
Track your Memberships
- Go to the My People tab to see:
- Who has activated their membership
- Who is still pending
When Should I Use Each Option?
