Here are a few common issues members may run into when using EveryDollar for the first time.
Not Seeing Premium Features
If a member isn’t seeing the premium version of EveryDollar:
Try these steps:
- Log out of the app
- Fully close the app
- Log back in
This usually happens when:
- The app was downloaded before their access became active
- They are signed in with the wrong email address
Make sure they are using the same email associated with their Financial Peace access.
Being Asked to Start a Free Trial
If a member is prompted to start a free trial, their account likely hasn’t been fully set up yet.
Common causes:
- Their membership is still pending
- They haven’t completed account setup
- They are signed in with the wrong email address
Once setup is complete, EveryDollar should recognize their access automatically.
