Impact Dashboard Overview

The Impact Dashboard is your central hub for managing Financial Peace University at your church. It allows you to track impact, manage classes, send memberships, and access resources all in one place.

This guide gives you a high-level overview of each section so you know where to go and when to use it. 

Home Tab

The Home tab gives you a quick snapshot of your organization's activity and impact. 

Use this tab to:

  • View your church's financial impact (based on member-reported progress)
  • Check how many memberships you have remaining
  • See a list of all classes across your organization
  • Access Ask Ramsey

This is your "at-a-glance" dashboard for overall performance and activity.

My Impact Tab

If you are both a coordinator and an administrator, your left-hand navigation also includes a My Impact tab showing your personal class history as a coordinator. 

Use this tab to:

  • View the total financial impact of the classes you've led
  • See your current and past classes

Best for tracking your contribution and history.

My Classes Tab

This is where you manage the classes you're actively involved in. 

Use this tab to:

  • View and access the classes you're coordinating
  • Manage your class roster, attendance, and communication
  • Access class-specific details and metrics

Go here anytime you need to manage a specific class. 

My People Tab

This tab tracks all memberships you've sent

Use this tab to:

  • See who has received a membership
  • Check whether members are Active or Pending
  • Look up when a membership was sent

This is your go-to place for membership tracking and troubleshooting. 

Real Stories Tab

This tab highlights the life change happening through Financial Peace. 

Use this tab to:

  • View testimonies and success stories
  • Share encouragement with your team or church

Great for inspiration and storytelling. 

Launch & Promote Tab

This tab provides tools to help you spread the word about your class. 

Use this tab to:

  • Access promotional material (videos, bulletins, email templates)
  • Download leader and member resources
  • Find messaging ideas to promote your class 

Best for marketing and growing participation. 

Resources & Training

This tab is designed to support you as the coordinator. 

Use this tab to:

Go here when you need guidance, training, or support. 

Send Memberships Tab

This is where you distribute access to Financial Peace

Use this tab to:

  • Send memberships to individuals or groups
  • Purchase Memberships if you are an Administrator
  • Provide access with or without a class

Use this anytime you need to give someone access to FPU.

The Impact Dashboard is designed to help you distribute memberships, manage your classes, and track real-life change. Once you know where each tool lives, everything becomes much easier to navigate.
