As an administrator for your church or organization, you can choose whether a coordinator is allowed to send memberships to participants in their class. This permission is set when assigning a coordinator to a class.
Allow a Coordinator to Send Memberships
When creating a new class and assigning a coordinator, you will see a prompt that allows you to grant membership-sending permissions.
- Log in to the dashboard at https://ter.li/orgdashboard.
- Click Create a Class.
- Go to My Classes and select the newly created class.
- Click the Overview tab.
- Click Change Coordinator to assign the class to a new coordinator.

After adding the new coordinator, a pop-up message will appear asking:
"Allow Coordinator to Send Memberships? Do you want this coordinator to be able to send memberships to participants in their class?"
- Select Yes to allow the coordinator to send memberships to participants in their class.
- Select No if you do not want the coordinator to have this permission.
Additional Information
- This permission can only be granted by an administrator.
- Coordinators with this permission can send memberships directly to participants in the classes they manage.
- If you select No, the coordinator will not have access to send memberships.
