If you see a “403 White Label” error when trying to access your Impact Dashboard, it usually means the system is trying to sign you in with the wrong account.
This is commonly caused by being logged into another Ramsey product with a different email address.
How to Fix It
1. Sign Out of Other Ramsey Accounts
If you use multiple email addresses (personal, church, etc.), your browser may automatically use the wrong one.
Try this:
- Log out of all Ramsey accounts
- Close and reopen your browser
- Sign back in using the correct email for your Impact Dashboard
2. Clear Cache and Cookies
Stored browser data can sometimes cause login conflicts.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
- Restart your browser
- Try signing in again
3. Use a Private/Incognito Window
This prevents saved login credentials from interfering.
Open a private window:
-
Chrome:
Ctrl + Shift + N(Windows) orCommand + Shift + N(Mac) - Safari: File → New Private Window
Then sign in to your Impact Dashboard using the correct email address
