If a participant drops out of your Financial Peace University class, whether their membership can be reassigned depends on the status of that membership.
Check the Membership Status
Before requesting a reassignment, verify whether the participant's membership is Pending or Active.
- Pending: The participant has not yet activated their membership.
- Active: The participant has already activated and begun using their membership.
If the Membership Is Pending
If the membership is still in Pending status, the team may be able to revoke the membership and return it to your account so it can be reassigned to another participant.
To request a membership revocation:
- Send an email to fpadmin.help@ramseysolutions.com.
- Include the participant's name and any relevant class details.
- Request that the pending membership be revoked and returned to your account.
The team will review your request and assist with the next steps.
If the Membership Is Active
If the membership status is Active, the membership cannot be revoked, deleted, or returned to your account.
Once a participant activates their membership, it is permanently assigned to that individual and is no longer eligible for reassignment.
